Raw Fusion Shortcut Dinner: Start with the asian style RICE noodle soup bowls (Annie Chung's or Trader Joe's are good) after heated pour over raw spinach, cilantro, mint. Add some chopped scallions and defrosted frozen peas. Sprinkle in a dash of red pepper flakes. Inexpensive, quick and healthy comfort meal for colder weather.
Raw Fusion Luncheon: Cut collard leaves along spine for "spring rolls." Spread Sabra hummus, chopped cucumbers and tomatoes, olives and a dab of tahini. They roll up easily. I used "Coconut Secret Liquid Aminos" with a splash of sesame oil as a dipping sauce.
