Raw Tapioca Pudding

Prep: Wash a glass jar and lid (10 oz or larger) with hot water and dry.

Ingredients: 1 cup almond (or your favorite) milk, 3-4 tbs. of raw chia seeds, sweetener and flavoring of your choice. LJ’s favorite combination: Rose water, cinnamon, clove, agave and chopped pistachios.

Directions: Fill jar ¾ full, stir sweeteners/flavorings and chia seeds. Stir well and then shake vigorously. Store in refrigerator and let set for 2 hours or more. Shake and re-stir frequently and add more chia as needed.
