You can request a username change through if you contact us with your inquiry. Please make sure you include your account email address, your current username, and your desired username.

You can automatically request a new password using this form, accessible by clicking My Account when not logged in. Simply enter your username or the email address tied to your account. Our system will send instructions to your account email address.

If you no longer have access to the account email address, please contact us.

To change your account email address, click My Account while logged in, then click the Edit tab (or click here). Enter your new email address in the appropriate field, then scroll down and click Save.

It's a good idea to keep your account email address current, as we send site notifications (such as order receipts and shipping confirmations) here.

To edit your current affiliate information, go to your Account page, click the Edit tab, then click the affiliate user link – or click here.

Signing up for the affiliate program creates a new Raw Fusion Living account. If you get an "Access Denied" message when navigating to the affiliate registration page, it means you are already logged into an account. You will either need to log out and register a second account for affiliate purposes; if you'd prefer to make your current account an affiliate one, you'll need to contact us.

If a customer makes a purchase within 7 days of clicking your link, you receive a commission for the purchase. We track referrals using cookies and/or IP addresses.

After signup, you can access the Affiliate Dashboard in the account area to get your affiliate link.

Current affiliates can access the Affiliate Center in the account area to track click-thrus, sales, and more.

Affiliates must have at least $5 in their account in order to receive payouts. Account balances will roll over until this minimum is met.

Commission rates start at 10% with opportunities for bonuses and increased rates.

We payout once monthly.

Commissions are held in pending status for 30 days to ensure customer satisfaction. After 30 days have passed, the commission will be released from pending status and will be paid to you on your next payment date. Only U.S. residents eligible to receive payment by check.

We provide you with an affiliate link; simply share the link – with your friends, on your site, Facebook, Twitter – and we do the rest! Anytime sometime clicks your link and makes a purchase, you get a percentage of their order! Our base rate starts at a generous 10% with opportunities for higher rates.

Credit Card. When you checkout, you will see a Coupon discount pane just beneath your Billing address information. In the textbox that says Use a coupon, enter your coupon code, and hit Apply.

PayPal. You can not apply coupons to PayPal orders at this time. If you want to use a coupon, please use either Credit Card or Google Checkout as described above.

You may be able to cancel or change your order if you contact us before we begin packing your order at our warehouse.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If we have approved your return, we will issue a refund using your original payment method for unused or defective products. We will issue a store credit for items returned via our satisfaction guarantee.

The handling time, or the amount of time we need before we ship a package, rarely exceeds 3 business days. After we hand over your package to the carrier, depending on the shipping method you selected, delivery will take anywhere from 2-3 days or 5-10 days.

If you have a time sensitive order, mention the needed date in your order comments, or contact us ahead of time to make arrangements. We will get back to you with what shipping options, if any, are available.

We do not generally charge a fee to rush our processing of your order. However, keep in mind that carriers charge high shipping fees for 1-day or 2-day shipping options. Especially for larger items like wings, rush shipping can become cost prohibitive.

When possible, plan ahead and place your order two weeks before an event date – you can reduce your stress, ensure a timely arrival, and cut your shipping costs. However, we understand that this isn't always possible – and we will do our best to help you!

Depending on the size of your order and the shipping speed you selected, we typically use either USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Home Delivery. The first option typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery, while the latter two options generally take 2-5 business days. Check Orders under My Account to get specific tracking information.
